Russell Tice, a former analyst for the National Security Agency, appeared on last night's MSNBC "Countdown" and revealed a massive and targeted domestic spying program has been in effect for the last several years. While the Bush Administration vigorously maintained all spying was done legally and only on international communications involving suspected terrorists, Mr. Tice noted the eavesdropping program was much broader and alleged specific domestic, non terrorist groups were targeted.
